Sorry We Fell Off the Face of the Earth..

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Merry Christmas!!

Happy New Year!!

Oy--its been a minute since George and I last updated.  But let me just say that it has been quite an eventful couple of months for George and me!  From Holidays to Hospitals...Sleepovers with Chelsea to Sleepless Nights of protecting his peoples...George and I would like to catch you up on the adventures George has endured :)

Meow!  Hi friends!  So I figured I would wake up from my nappie to update you all on my lovely lazy life :)  I swear, mom needs to give me the password to MY blog so that I can update on MY life to MY fans and MY followers...but I digress...

Thanksgiving.  Mom planned to visit my aunt peppermint, the loud lady, and the man with the awesome Cole Hahn shoes.  I was thinking about going with her, but aunt peppermint scares the pee out of me...so I decided to hang out with Chelsea, and then have a little alone time.  But before all of that, we had a bit of a household emergency.

This is what went down.  For about 2 days I stared at the wall.  All day.  All night.  I heard something behind the tv...then I swore I saw it move down the wall...and wherever the sound or blur went, I followed it.  Chelsea and Mom kept laughing at me, telling me I was going senile and / or making them nervous about what I was seeing.  But despite their taunts and their insisting that I was chasing dust bunnies, I didn't budge.  I must defend my family, even if they don't believe me.  Mom went to bed, Chelsea and that boy whom I like to tease were watching a movie, and it happened!  IT CAME OUT!  No, not a dust bunny, not an alien, not a leaf...but a FREAKING MOUSE!  YAY!!  I knew I heard something, and it came out to play with me!  One day mom was watching this thing on tv were people bounced around and threw a small brown thing...and well, the mouse was small and kind of brown...so I decided to play basketball with the mouse!  Well, he didn't bounce as well as the ball on the tv, so I thought I would bring it to mom's pillow...Chelsea though screamed for some reason...I screamed, releasing the non-bouncing mouse, and well...the fun ended.  Nuts.  Mouse left.

But wait, there's more!  The next day, while everyone was at work, mouse came back!!  I guess he wanted to finish our game of basketball.  But after 2 bounces, he didn't move anymore.  I don't know what happened... I nudged him and talked to him, but he wouldn't play anymore.  So I laid by him.  When Chelsea got home, I was praying my mouse's side.  She screamed again (she does that a lot) and told me that mouse deserved a proper burial.  Burial? Apparently that's being put in a plastic bag or two and placed in the trash can.  I took note.

So the next day, while chilling out before waking up mom to feed me, Chelsea was finishing up her homework.  And guess what? ANOTHER FRIEND!!! This one seemed super psyched about playing basketball, so like Michael Jordan...I dribbled, I shot, and I scored!  A couple of bounces, and I threw the mouse into the trashcan!  Dang I'm good.  Chelsea didn't seem as pleased...but liked the fact that she didn't have to do the "burial".  When mom got up she was pumped!  She called me her little protector man!  I have no idea what I did, but I will take the extra treats!

Yup, so that was our pre-Thanksgiving days.  Coming up soon--Christmas, New Years, and a Blizzard!

Love you all :)
